Please note that digital licenses if defective then we will first replace it with new License code and if nothing works out then only can be refunded if this is requested via email to [email protected] within 3 days of the purchase only if license key doesn’t work. No Licenses will be refunded after this period. Software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer to check as we are the license seller, all software is provided by Microsoft and copyright of that company.

Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues.

The only case in which a valid and working license can be refunded is in case of a duplicated order, not any other.

Defective keycodes will be replaced. Defective codes can only be proven by the company only with an output from Microsoft.

Refund will be processed and credited to source account in 7 working days after we approve a refund request.

Once the digital license keys have been delivered via WhatsApp or email, refunds are not applicable. It’s crucial to acknowledge that once the keys have been dispatched, they are irreversibly transmitted, underscoring the impossibility of retracting them.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is received it can’t be cancelled.
